Tent Assignments
Know who you want to share your tent with? Let us know by Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010 by sending an email to info@kidneymarch.ca.
- Put “tent assignment request” in your subject line
- Copy your tent partner on this same email so we can see it and they can too
Requests for specific tent assignments cannot be made after Sept. 1. If you don’t have a tent partner, don’t worry. We’ll assign you a spot with a tent partner of the same sex. Confirmation of your tent assignment will be emailed to you on Tuesday, Sept. 7. Please watch for this email and be sure to write your tent assignment down and bring it with you to check-in on Sept. 9. If you have not received your tent assignment, stop by the tent assignment table at check-in on Day Zero – Thursday, Sept. 9 at the Delta Calgary South Hotel.
